Jaguar Mk. I. 3.4L, 4-speed transmission + electric overdrive. Partially restored, body stripped down to the metal and all rust removed, engine dismantled and rebuilt, new chrome wire wheels, new exhaust system, new windshield, all other glass original and in good condition, original tool kit, owners manual and detailed shop manual issued by Jaguar, Coventry.
Originally purchased new in 1959 in California by the owner’s father, it was driven to Ontario in 1979. Never driven in winter in Ontario. This car was partially restored in 2000-2003 and has been kept in a garage ever since. There is a thorough photographic documentation of the entire restoration process. The rebuilt engine had been started and run. The interior is yet to be restored, including wood, upholstery, headliner, etc., but most of these parts are still on hand. The offer also includes a second car of the same year and model, probably in unrestorable condition, that has all the side glass, instruments and chrome trim.
